Job Title: HR Manager
Salary: ₹40,000 to ₹60,000 per month

Roles and Responsibilities:
Staffing & Talent Acquisition:
Oversee and manage the end-to-end staffing process, from identifying organizational needs to onboarding new employees.
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain qualified candidates.
Build relationships with recruitment agencies, job portals, and educational institutions to create a robust talent pipeline.
Conduct workforce planning to assess current and future staffing needs in coordination with department heads.
Manage internal and external job postings, as well as the screening, interviewing, and selection process.
Lead initiatives for employer branding to position the company as a preferred employer in the industry.
Manage staffing budgets and control hiring costs effectively.
2. Employee Relations:
Serve as a mediator in employee concerns and conflicts, promoting a positive work environment.
Develop and maintain effective communication channels between staff and management.
Handle employee grievances and facilitate resolutions through conflict management practices.
3. Performance Management:
Design and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
4. HR Policy Development & Compliance:
Formulate HR policies related to staffing, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies in hiring and employment practices.
Stay updated on changes in labor legislation that impact staffing processes.
5. Compensation & Benefits Management:
Work with management to determine competitive compensation and benefits packages for new hires.
Conduct market research to ensure salary offerings align with industry standards.
Monitor employee compensation to ensure internal equity and address salary grievances if they arise.
6. Training & Development:
Identify training needs during the recruitment and onboarding process and recommend development programs.
Organize orientation programs for new hires to align them with company culture, policies, and objectives.
7. Workforce Planning & Succession Management:
Collaborate with department heads to analyze the workforce and identify staffing gaps.
Develop and maintain succession planning for critical roles within the organization.
Utilize staffing analytics to predict trends and recommend strategies for workforce optimization.
8. Employee Engagement & Retention:
Develop strategies for employee retention, including recognition programs, career development, and employee engagement activities.
Conduct exit interviews to gain insights into turnover rates and recommend improvements to employee retention strategies.
9. HR Metrics & Reporting:
Monitor and report on key staffing metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and turnover rates.
Use HR analytics to improve the recruitment process and workforce planning decisions.
10. HR Technology:
Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR technology tools for efficient staffing processes.
Ensure data-driven decision-making by leveraging HR software to track and manage recruitment metrics.
