Job Title: Head of Finance & Accounts 

Job Location: •  Kharadi, Pune, Maharashtra 

Salary: •  Up to 15 to 20 LPA 

Qualifications: •  CA (Chartered Accountant) 

Experience: •  Minimum 8 to 10 years in finance and accounting roles 

Key Responsibilities: 

Financial Strategy and Planning: 

•  Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's goals. 

•  Oversee the budgeting process and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. 

Financial Reporting: 

•  Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. 

•  Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to senior management. 

Compliance and Risk Management: 

•  Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. 

•  Manage financial risk and develop policies to mitigate risks. 

Team Leadership: 

•  Lead and manage the finance and accounts team. 

•  Provide guidance and support to team members to achieve departmental goals. 

Operational Efficiency: 

•  Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency. 

•  Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue generation. 

Stakeholder Management: 

•  Manage relationships with banks, investors, and auditors. 

•  Collaborate with senior management to make critical business decisions. 

Cash Flow Management: 

•  Oversee cash flow planning and ensure availability of funds as needed. 

•  Monitor financial performance by measuring and analyzing results.
