The F&B Manager oversees all operations of the hotel’s food and beverage outlets. They are responsible for budgeting, forecasting, staff training, maintaining quality control, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing all F&B operations

• Managing budgets and financial plans

• Training and supervising staff

• Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene, and health and safety legislation/guidelines

• Promoting and marketing the business

• Overseeing stock levels and ordering supplies

Qualifications:

• Degree in Hotel Management or relevant field

• Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage

• Knowledge of various cuisines, beverages, and business management principles

Experience: Previous experience in F&B management is preferred but not required.

• Professional attitude and appearance

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
