Job Title: Enterprise Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Developing Sales Strategy- Create and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the startup’s goals. Identify target markets and customer segments
- Building and Leading the Sales Team- Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members. Set clear performance expectations and goals.
- Sales forecasting and Reporting- Analyze market trends and sales data to forecast sales and set realistic targets. Prepare regular sales reports for stakeholders.
- Customer Relationship Management- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners. Gather feedback to improve products and services based on customer insights.
- Collaboration with Other Departments- Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and optimize sales efforts. Communicate customer feedback to enhance product offerings.
- Lead Generation and Prospecting- Develop and implement lead generation strategies. Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions.
- Negotiation and Closing Deals- Lead negotiations with potential clients and close sales deals. Develop pricing strategies that reflect market conditions.
- Performance Monitoring and Improvement- Track and analyze team performance metrics. Implement training and development programs to improve sales skills.
- Budget Management- Manage the sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Monitor expenses related to sales activities.
- Adaptability and Innovation- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors. Be open to experimenting with new sales techniques and technologies.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is preferred.
● 4+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with a focus on lending or financialservices.
● Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
● Strong understanding of the lending industry, including digital lending, loan products, and financial regulations.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
● Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.
● Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
