Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience of up to 6 years in electrical maintenance within an industrial setting.
• Strong understanding of electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot electrical issues effectively.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations related to electrical maintenance work.
• Competency in using electrical testing equipment and maintenance tools.
• Strong communication skills to interact with team members and convey technical information clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work efficiently to meet maintenance schedules.
• Willingness to stay updated with advancements in electrical maintenance technologies and practices.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections of electrical equipment to ensure proper functioning and identify maintenance needs.
• Diagnose electrical faults and perform necessary repairs in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, including repairs, parts used, and costs incurred.
• Coordinate with other departments to schedule maintenance tasks and minimize operational disruptions.
• Assist in the installation of new equipment and the modification of existing systems as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with company safety standards and electrical codes during all maintenance activities.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior technicians and apprentices as needed.
• Contribute to ongoing process improvements to enhance the efficiency and reliability of electrical systems.
