Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company’s client base in the HR services sector.
  • Engage in networking and outreach initiatives to establish and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design strategies that attract and retain customers.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for business growth.
  • Develop and deliver engaging presentations to promote company services to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable business deals and partnerships.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions with clients and report on progress in achieving business targets.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met and to facilitate ongoing client satisfaction.
