This full-time, junior-level role is based in various locations across Delhi including South West Delhi, West Delhi, and East Delhi. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the field, possessing the skills necessary to drive business growth and build strong client relationships.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of 1 year and maximum of 3 years of proven work experience in business development.
  • Strong sales skills, with the ability to meet and exceed targets and generate new business opportunities.
  • Excellent negotiation skills to facilitate beneficial agreements and close deals.
  • Proficiency in market research to identify industry trends and competitive insights.
  • Outstanding relationship-building skills to maintain and expand client networks.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey ideas and proposals.
  • Strategic planning abilities to develop and execute business growth strategies.
  • Experience in lead generation and acquiring potential clients for business growth.
  • Preferable experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector for better market penetration.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads to expand Flexzo's client base.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for achieving sales targets and business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated with industry trends and insights.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to align business development strategies with company goals.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities and progress.
