Job Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager (Sales) to join our team at Flexzo HR Services Pvt Ltd. This is a mid-level, full-time position requiring a candidate with strong sales management skills to drive our HR service offerings. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about leading a team, developing business strategies, and building long-lasting client relationships.
Qualifications and Skills
- Overall responsible for business development of the Financial Products Distribution for the given location.
- To oversee and manage the branch staff, including their coaching, development and discipline to help meet sales targets, strict adherence to policies and procedures, and to provide services
- Groom the team on product knowledge, system usages and guiding them to achieve the business objectives.
- Help the team to design and implement the business plans, ensuring the branch compliances, policies and process
- To do the regular performance review of employees’ and evaluate, guide them for achieving the set goal.
- Proven experience in sales management, strategic planning, and negotiation (Mandatory skill)
- Ability to effectively lead and manage a team in a sales-driven environment
- Strong expertise in customer relationship management to maintain and grow client accounts
- Skilled in financial analysis to manage budgets and performance metrics
- Proficiency in market analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the HR services industry
- Background in business development to create and execute strategies for market penetration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and team members
- Ability to develop and implement sales plans that align with company goals and objectives
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee the sales operations of the Chennai and Trichy branches to meet company targets
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth and market share
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to enhance performance and productivity
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Conduct financial analysis and manage budgets to achieve financial objectives
- Analyze market trends and competition to identify new opportunities for business expansion
- Develop and execute business development initiatives to secure new clients and retain existing ones
- Regularly report on sales performance and market insights to senior management
