Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience of 4 to 6 years in accounting or financial management roles.
• Proficiency in Tally Prime for managing financial records and transactions.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data processing and reporting tasks.
• Exposure to GST and TDS regulations and compliance requirements is mandatory.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client interactions.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills for accurate financial reporting.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments efficiently.
• A pleasing demeanor to maintain harmonious professional relationships and client satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage and ensure accurate accounting operations and financial reporting.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial statements.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of all financial records and transactions.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations including GST and TDS filings.
• Reconcile bank statements and manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Collaborate with other departments to support overall company goals and objectives.
• Provide timely and accurate financial advice to management for strategic decision-making.
• Engage with clients regarding financial aspects and service inquiries effectively.
