Application Engineer (Female Candidate)

**Location:** Makarpura, Vadodara

**Education:** BTech, MTech, BSc, MSc in Chemical, Mechanical, Bio-chemistry, or related fields.

**Experience:** 2 to 5 years

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Application Engineer to join our team in Makarpura, Vadodara. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Chemical, Mechanical, or Bio-chemical engineering, with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience. This role focuses on providing technical support in the selection of our devices, including rupture discs, flame arresters, and other process safety equipment.

**Responsibilities:**

- Assist customers with technical support and guidance in selecting appropriate rupture discs, flame arresters, and other process safety equipment.

- Analyze customer requirements and specifications to recommend suitable products.

- Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to ensure customer needs are met effectively.

- Provide detailed product information and technical support to customers through various communication channels.

- Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to customers and stakeholders.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to product selection and application.

- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and competitor products.

- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and application notes as required.

- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and technical skills.

**Qualifications:**

- BTech, MTech, BSc, MSc in Chemical, Mechanical, Bio-chemistry, or a related field.

- 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the field of process safety equipment.

- Proficiency in written and verbal English communication.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

- Excellent customer service skills and a proactive approach to technical support.

- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations is a plus.
