**Job Title: CNC Laser Cutting Machine Operator**

**Location:** GIDC Por, Vadodara

**Time:** 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Saturday

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Laser Cutting Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team at our GIDC Por, Vadodara location. The ideal candidate will have experience operating CNC laser cutting machines and a strong understanding of manufacturing processes. The CNC Laser Cutting Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC laser cutting machines to produce high-quality components according to specifications.

**Responsibilities:**

- Set up and operate CNC laser cutting machines to produce components as per specifications and production schedules.

- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders to determine machine settings and cutting paths.

- Perform routine machine maintenance, including cleaning, lubricating, and inspecting parts for wear and damage.

- Load and unload materials onto the machine, ensuring proper alignment and securing of workpieces.

- Monitor machine operations to ensure optimal performance and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.

- Conduct quality inspections of finished products to ensure they meet specifications and tolerances.

- Troubleshoot and resolve machine-related issues promptly to minimize downtime.

- Maintain accurate records of machine operations, production output, and maintenance activities.

- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimize cutting processes and improve efficiency.

- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as a CNC Laser Cutting Machine Operator or in a similar role.

- ITI (Industrial Training Institute) certification in a relevant field.

- Strong understanding of CNC laser cutting machine operations and programming.

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders.

- Proficiency in using measurement tools and equipment for quality inspections.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures related to CNC machine operations.

**Education:**

- ITI (Industrial Training Institute) certification in a relevant field.
