Role: Sr Business Analyst

Location: Mumbai and Vizag

Qualification required: University degree or equivalent preferred Technical - Btech,BE, BSC-MSC, BCA, MCA

Budget: 7LPA Max

Immediate to 15days max notice only.

*Job Roles and responsibilities*

1: Participate and guide the team in Requirement Gathering session with customer.

2:Review & assist in Requirement documentation and functional workflows.

3:Enable team to present the Requirement Document to the customer but own it.

4:Lead & drive the Solution Blue Print

5:Guide team in configuring the product and conducting product workshops during implementation

6:Minimize developments / customizations using work around processes.

7:Documentation and Process flow diagrams to be developed

8:Review Test cases and ensure adequacy to assess and test the functional flow of the modules

9:Handover the project to implementation team

10: Should be able to multi-task between projects & non-project activities without impacting the time

11: Participate in knowledge transfers to peers

12:Should guide and support team on projects and functional queries

13:Worked on minimum 7 ERP implementations for full project life cycle

14:Configured Sales, Purchase, Materials, Basic Manufacturing & Finance modules on minimum 5

15: Implementation of ERP products in Defense Segment and/or experience in any government projects will have an advantage.

16: Proficiency in requirement gathering techniques, process modeling, and documentation

17: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

18: Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables

19: Assist in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation

20: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Skills Required:

1: ERP implementations for full project life cycle 2: Prepared solution blueprints for at least 4 projects 3: Working in small & distributed teams in agile implementation environments

Knowledge Required:

1:Implementation of ERP products in Defense Segment 2:experience in any government

3:projects will have an advantage.

4:Documentation Skills

5:Process flow skills
