Position : Content Writer

Location of Posting: Gomti Nagar, Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh)


Key Responsibilities:

Communication Skill: Excellent


Language Known (Read, Write, Speak): English – Excellent


Content Creation: Write and edit content for various digital and print platforms, ensuring it is engaging, informative, and adheres to the target audience's needs.


Research: Conduct thorough research on topics, industries, and trends to gather information and insights for content creation.


Content Planning: Develop content ideas, strategies, and editorial calendars to meet content goals and objectives.


SEO Optimization: Incorporate relevant keywords and best practices for search engine optimization (SEO) to enhance content visibility.


Editing and Proofreading: Review and edit content for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and clarity, ensuring accuracy and consistency.


Content Formatting: Format content for online readability, using headings, bullet points, and other formatting techniques as necessary.


Content Promotion: Collaborate with marketing teams to promote content through social media, email marketing, and other channels.


Client or Stakeholder Communication: Communicate with clients, team members, or stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide updates on content progress.

Qualifications:


Exceptional Writing Skills: Proficient in written English, with a strong command of grammar, punctuation, and style.

·      Research Abilities: Capable of conducting in-depth research to gather information and insights for content creation.

·      Adaptability: Able to write in different styles and tones based on the project's requirements and target audience.

·      SEO Knowledge: Familiarity with SEO principles and the ability to optimize content for search engines.

·      Editing and Proofreading: Strong attention to detail and the ability to edit and proofread content effectively.

·      Creativity: Creative thinking and the ability to generate unique and engaging content ideas.

·      Time Management: Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

·      Communication Skills: Effective communication and collaboration skills when working with team members or clients.

 

Education and Experience:

·      A bachelor's degree in English, journalism, communications, or a related field is often preferred but not always required.

·      Experience in content writing, copywriting, or a related field is beneficial, especially for more senior positions.
