Job Overview


We are hiring a Guest Relation Executive to provide exceptional customer service and create a positive experience for our guests. This is a full-time position with Restaurant, a chain of Restaurants & Bars in Mumbai. As a Guest Relation Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction, handling guest inquiries and complaints, and maintaining good relationships with guests. The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1-3 years of experience as a Guest Relation Executive or a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Proficiency in MS Office and reservation software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Fluency in English and knowledge of additional languages is a plus
  • Hospitality industry experience is preferred


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing their inquiries and resolving any complaints
  • Assist guests with seating arrangements and escort them to their tables
  • Provide menu recommendations and assist guests in placing orders
  • Maintain a neat and organized front desk area
  • Handle guest check-ins and check-outs
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with guests
  • Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
  • Upsell additional products and services to guests
