Sales Responsibilities:


  1. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, research potential clients, and develop strategies to attract companies seeking IT development services and IT human resources from India.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
  3. Sales Strategies and Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies, including pricing, promotional campaigns, and sales targets, to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
  4. Lead Generation and Sales Pipeline Management: Generate leads, qualify prospects, and manage the sales pipeline to ensure a consistent flow of opportunities through various stages of the sales process.
  5. Client Consultation: Conduct in-depth consultations with potential clients to understand their specific requirements and tailor proposals that align with their needs and objectives.
  6. Sales Presentations and Negotiations: Deliver persuasive presentations that highlight the company's value proposition and negotiate contract terms to reach mutually beneficial agreements with clients.
  7. Collaborative Approach: Collaborate with other departments, such as the IT development team and HR, to align sales efforts with service delivery and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  8. Sales Reporting and Analysis: Regularly report on sales performance, forecast future sales, and analyse key metrics to measure progress and identify areas for improvement.


Required Candidate profile


  • 1. Strong proficiency in English language
  • 2. Education and Experience:
  • 3 Industry Knowledge:
  • Strong understanding of the IT development and IT human resources industry, including trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
  • Familiarity with remote work and hiring practices for remote developers, especially from India, would be beneficial.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Excellent sales negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proficiency in lead generation, prospecting, and managing the sales pipeline.

  • Strong focus on achieving sales targets and marketing objectives while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth and contribute to the company's overall success.
