Job Overview


FinoFY Technologies Private Limited is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for prospecting potential clients and closing sales deals. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and wants to contribute to a fast-growing International Investment advisory company.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Fresher: Less than 1 year of experience in sales or a related field
  • Highly motivated with a strong drive for achieving sales targets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Good negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Knowledge of investment advisory products and financial markets is a plus
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to changing market trends


Roles and Responsibilities


Client Acquisition:


  • Interacting with customers telephonically & via chat
  • Sharing updates on our product & services
  • Convincing them to buy our services
  • Upgrading the customers from basic service to HNI
  • Calling prospective clients and engaging with them to maximize sales
  • Ensuring high customer retention through customer service, consistent engagement and taking periodic feedback from the customer


Client Relationship Management & Tasks:


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Understand clients' needs, challenges, and objectives, and propose tailored advisory solutions to address their unique requirements
  • Maintaining data, sheets, updating the details in CRM
