Job Overview
FinoFY Technologies Private Limited is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for prospecting potential clients and closing sales deals. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and wants to contribute to a fast-growing International Investment advisory company.
Qualifications and Skills
- Fresher: Less than 1 year of experience in sales or a related field
- Highly motivated with a strong drive for achieving sales targets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills
- Knowledge of investment advisory products and financial markets is a plus
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to changing market trends
Roles and Responsibilities
Client Acquisition:
- Interacting with customers telephonically & via chat
- Sharing updates on our product & services
- Convincing them to buy our services
- Upgrading the customers from basic service to HNI
- Calling prospective clients and engaging with them to maximize sales
- Ensuring high customer retention through customer service, consistent engagement and taking periodic feedback from the customer
Client Relationship Management & Tasks:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Understand clients' needs, challenges, and objectives, and propose tailored advisory solutions to address their unique requirements
- Maintaining data, sheets, updating the details in CRM
