Job description

Roles and Responsibilities

Total responsibility for maintenance of complete IT Infrastructure including Servers, Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Switches etc.

Ensure maximum uptime of all IT assets.

Responsible for day-to-day troubleshooting involved with all IT equipments.

Manage Hardware assets and software licensing and keep track of all hardware and software licenses.

Provide online/offline/remote supports for Hardware and OS for Branch's/clients, defining and resolving problem, tracing, diagnosing, correcting faults and documenting each issue, identifying recurring problems.

Reporting the major issues to management and recommending solutions, initiate escalation process to resolve the technical issues on time.

Desired Candidate Profile

Should have at least 3-4+ years experience as a Network Administrator/System Administrator and should have some knowledge on Networking and Desktop support skills gained within Windows 2008/2012/2016 Servers and Win 8/Win 10/Win 11 Desktop environment.

Should have good experience of troubleshooting Internet, LAN and Desktop problems and very good Network/System trouble-shooting techniques and Prepare activity reports.

Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and ability to gain & maintain trust.

Should have a relevant degree and should have CCNA / MSCE / Cloud Certification would be an added advantage.
