Job Describtion -

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Service: Greet and assist guests with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring an exceptional dining experience.
• Menu Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and flavors, to confidently explain dishes and recommend options.
• Order Taking: Accurately take guest orders and communicate them effectively to the kitchen and bar.
• Serving: Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper service etiquette.
• Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at the dining area and stations.
• Upselling: Promote special dishes, beverages, and offers to enhance the dining experience and achieve sales targets.
• Team Collaboration: Coordinate with the kitchen, bar, and other team members to ensure seamless service.
• Guest Feedback: Address guest queries or concerns promptly, escalating issues to the supervisor when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: SSC or equivalent.
• Prior experience in F&B or hospitality is mandatory
• Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.

• Fast-paced, lively, and guest-centric.

Flexible to work on weekends, holidays, and evenings as per the roster
