Job Describtion -
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Voice & Messaging Development:
Craft and refine Foodlink’s brand voice, tailoring messaging across each restaurant concept and ensuring consistent tonality.
Develop strategic, brand-aligned messaging for new launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional materials, adapting the voice as needed for regional and cultural sensitivity.
Content Creation:
Write compelling and engaging copy for multiple channels, including website, social media, email newsletters, blog posts, and paid advertising campaigns.
Produce high-quality content for menus, product descriptions, in-store signage, and POS materials, reflecting each brand's unique attributes and enhancing the customer experience.
Campaign Conceptualisation & Storytelling:
Collaborate with Marketing and Design teams to conceptualise and develop creative ideas for marketing campaigns, bringing fresh perspectives and storytelling elements to enhance brand recall.
Script video content, such as brand introductions, promotional clips, and event features, capturing the essence of Foodlink’s brand story and culinary ethos.
SEO-Optimised Copywriting:
Implement SEO best practices across digital content, optimising web copy and blogs to improve visibility, engagement, and conversion.
Conduct keyword research to align copy with digital marketing goals, driving traffic and enhancing Foodlink’s online presence.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
Stay informed about F&B trends, competitor campaigns, and market insights to craft compelling copy that positions Foodlink ahead of industry developments.
Generate fresh ideas for content that aligns with emerging consumer preferences and dining trends.
Team Collaboration & Project Management:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product Development, and Operations, to ensure a cohesive message across all touchpoints.
Manage timelines and prioritise projects to meet deadlines, balancing creativity with operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a copywriting role, preferably within the F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of copywriting work, from digital campaigns to long-form editorial content.
Excellent command of English (UK) with attention to detail, grammar, and consistency.
Experience in SEO-optimised copywriting, campaign development, and brand storytelling.
Ability to adapt tone and style to suit different brand personalities and regional contexts.
