BUSINESS STRATEGY & PROFITABILITY ((Level of Responsibility and Time & Effort spent • Proposing and curation pf menu basis the client brief • Proactive efforts to build client rapport and confidence • Effective rapport building with event managers and planners to build the business • Liaise between clients and planners to ensure all client expectations are met and a seamless event experience • Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients. • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options. • Maximizing revenue through innovative sales practices • Responsible for Sales Tracker and its inputs and daily actualization report • Maintain a strong database of past and new clients and doing constant telecalling to tap business • Quick action of lead generation from business partners and smart closure of deals • Work closely with the business partners to maximize revenue and correct timely billing • Accurate billing compliance to avoid any bad debts and delayed pending payments • Ensures monthly all guest sales advances are received as per the agreement policy • Cross selling and Up-selling of alternate locations and catering orders
