Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise Operations: Oversee the smooth functioning of the dining area and ensure excellent guest service.
• Team Leadership: Guide and support stewards, ensuring they follow service standards and maintain a positive guest experience.
• Guest Interaction: Greet guests warmly, manage special requests, and handle complaints or feedback professionally.
• Menu Expertise: Have a thorough understanding of the menu to assist guests and train team members on dishes, beverages, and promotions.
• Order Management: Ensure accurate order taking and timely delivery of food and drinks to tables.
• Staff Training: Train and mentor new team members on service protocols and menu knowledge.
• Quality Control: Monitor food presentation and service to ensure they meet the company’s standards.
• Coordination: Communicate effectively with the kitchen, bar, and management to maintain a seamless operation.
• Upselling: Promote special dishes, drinks, and offers to guests to enhance their experience and increase sales.

Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment.
• Fluency in English is required; other languages are a bonus.

• Must be willing to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts as needed.
