Job Describtion -
OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT (Level of Responsibility and Time & Effort spent ) • Attend daily morning meetings as applicable and other inter departmental meetings • Send menu proposal within the 24 hours deadlines • Respond to any sales challenges in regard to guest queries & assists sales team • Propose the operations checklist and share infrastructure requirements with the • Collaborates with Accounts team to share invoices with clients as applicable • Follows up on pending payment and updates the debtors list weekly • Mail event planner commission if applicable and as per the sop with the finance team • Maintains the filing of all agreements and other requirement as per financial auditor requirement • Smart meeting calendar for guest food tasting and menu making looping the Head Chef • Ensure and align the menus and estimates in accordance to pre and post event cost targets
