Job Summary:
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and fostering long-
term client relationships. Your role will involve identifying new business opportunities, engaging with
clients face-to-face, and effectively presenting our offerings. The successful candidate will have a strong
background in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for working in a startup
environment.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and target potential B2B clients, understanding their business needs, and positioning
our products/services as solutions to address their challenges.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer
satisfaction and repeat business.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations with clients to showcase our offerings and
understand their specific requirements.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective lead generation strategies and support
sales initiatives.
• Develop and execute sales plans, including setting sales targets, forecasting, and monitoring
performance metrics.
• Proactively explore new market segments and business opportunities to expand the company's
client base.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to provide
strategic input and ensure competitiveness.
• Work closely with the product and technical teams to tailor solutions and proposals to meet
client needs.
• Handle contract negotiations and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
Provide regular sales reports, market insights, and feedback to the management team.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience of 1 to 6 years in B2B sales, preferably in a startup environment or
technology-related industry.
