As a Field Operations Manager, you must maintain positive relationships with your clients/customers, meet with clients in-person to discuss new products or services, and resolve client issues. Manage the full-time and part-time field executives within your defined regional territory. He/she will be responsible for managing the field executives, onboarding new executives, training and motivating them, and managing their day-to-day deliverables like meeting targets and managing leads.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for hiring, onboarding, training, and motivating full-time and part-time field executives.
  • Responsible for onboarding and verification of new partners/hostel owners into the platform.
  • Responsible for overseeing, supervising, and evaluating field executives’ performance.
  • Assigning territories, schedules, and appropriate supplies and equipment to staff members.
  • Understand the customer needs and develop plans to address them.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with our company’s clients to boost our brand and profits in the long run.
  • Locate and bring in new clients through original efforts or through referrals to improve revenue and increase business productivity.
  • Create methods to obtain new clients and take initiative to bring potential clients into the fold
  • Identifying clients' needs and requirements and proposing suitable solutions.
  • Should be able to handle both tele-calling and field work simultaneously.
  • Willing to travel to different locations as per the company’s requirements.
  • Educate and inform clients about the company’s products, services, and special offers.
  • Attend to client complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Recommend ways of improving client satisfaction.
  • Work with internal departments to ensure the company meets clients’ expectations. Build long-term relationships with clients and customers.


Key Requirements:


  • Excellent project management, organizational, time management, and leadership skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client and business relationships.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and independent thinking.
  • Two-wheeler and Driving License are mandatory.


Duration: Full Time (Minimum 1 year)

Compensation: CTC – 2 LPA
