As a Field Executive, you need to deal with ongoing clients within your defined regional territory. He/she will be responsible for onboarding new hostels, verifying existing hostels, meeting targets, and managing leads obtained from the central team.


Key Responsibilities


  • Responsible for onboarding and verification of new partners/hostel owners into the platform.
  • Act as an ambassador/representative to promote positive relationships and strong partnerships with partners for the benefit of the organization.
  • Takes the lead in the implementation of company programs, procedures, methods, and practices at the partner level.
  • Strengthen relationships with existing / new business partners & other relevant stakeholders.
  • Guide the existing partners in overcoming their challenges and issue redressal.


Key Requirements


  • The candidate should have a two-wheeler with driving license and should be willing to travel.
  • Graduate/Postgraduate (in sales/marketing)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Customer-centric and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Pleasant action-oriented personality with career orientation.
