Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Thorough knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices

Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates
- Develop and implement effective HR policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Handle employee relations, resolve conflicts, and provide guidance and support to employees
- Conduct performance management activities, including setting goals, conducting performance reviews, and developing performance improvement plans
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in HR
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive HR initiatives and projects
