Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Team Leader Sales to join our dynamic team at FINAGG Technologies Private Limited. As the Team Leader Sales, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive growth. This is a full-time position based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience as a sales professional, with a track record of achieving targets
• Previous experience in a leadership or team management role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to motivate and inspire team members
• Knowledge of the BFSI industry is a plus
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and mentorship
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive growth
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
• Track and analyze sales data and generate reports for management
• Monitor the performance of team members and provide regular feedback and coaching
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination
• Stay updated with industry developments and market changes
