This position will report to HR Manager.

We are looking for a sharp, experienced creative edge, critical thinking skills, with a strong desire to grow.

You should be an initiative-taker, motivated, with good people skills as well as a positive and flexible approach to problems. The applicant should have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, tight deadline delivery timeline.

Role & responsibilities

- Should handle end-to-end recruitment activities for Non-IT.

– Should have hands-on experience in job Portals (Naukri and Monster) and Social Media.

– Referencing and headhunting are one of the major features of the job.

– Search and identify high-quality profiles.

– Develop talent pool through creative sourcing techniques including referral generation.

– Screening the candidates with telephonic interviews for their responsibilities and communication skills.

– Evaluate candidates against the requirements to ensure a suitable match.

– Shortlisting scheduling of candidates for technical interviews.

– Follow up on candidates from Interviews to their joining.

– Regular Interaction with candidates pre and post-joining.

– Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.

Preferred candidate profile

- 3-6 years experience.

– Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter (Non–IT).

– Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.

– Experience with sourcing techniques.

– Strong verbal and written communication skills.

– Results Driven.

– Sound Judgment.
