Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of human resources practices and processes for both our corporate office and factory.

 The HR Manager will play a key role in ensuring the company attracts, retains, and develops the best talent while fostering a positive and productive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand and fulfill staffing needs.
  1. Employee Relations:
  • Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries.
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and terminations in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives.
  1. Performance Management:
  • Develop and manage performance appraisal systems that drive high performance.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance management issues.
  • Identify training and development needs and facilitate appropriate training programs.
  1. Compensation and Benefits:
  • Oversee payroll and benefits administration to ensure accurate and timely processing.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and job evaluations to maintain competitive compensation structures.
  • Manage employee benefits programs and communicate benefits information to staff.
  1. Compliance and Policy Management:
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations at both corporate and factory levels.
  • Develop and update HR policies and procedures as needed.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure HR practices are compliant with company policies and legal requirements.
  1. HR Strategy and Planning:
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Prepare and present HR reports and metrics to senior leadership.
  • Lead HR projects and initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
  1. Health and Safety:
  • Promote a safe working environment by ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Conduct regular safety audits and trainings at the factory site.
  • Address and resolve any workplace safety issues promptly.

  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with all levels of the organization.
  • Conflict Resolution: Skilled in handling employee relations issues and resolving conflicts amicably.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Working Conditions:

  • Split time between corporate office and factory locations.
  • Travel between sites as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is plus.
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in a manufacturing or corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
