Job Overview

We are looking for a few skilled Video Editors for some of our clients. As a Video Editor, you will be responsible for editing and assembling recorded raw material into a finished product that matches the director's vision. You will work closely with the production team to ensure that the final product meets the highest quality standards. This is a mid-level position that requires 4 to 6 years of experience in video editing.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as a Video Editor with a portfolio of past projects
• Proficient in video editing softwares such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve but well-versed in FCPX
• Solid knowledge of video editing techniques and processes
• Familiarity with motion graphics and visual effects
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects
• Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling through visuals

Roles and Responsibilities

• Edit and assemble raw footage into a finished product according to the director's vision
• Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the film
• Input sound effects, music, and dialogue into the film
• Collaborate with the production team to understand project requirements and expectations
• Ensure the final product meets the highest quality standards
• Review and improve video projects by editing, color correction, and enhancing visuals
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and techniques
• Manage and organize video files and assets
• Coordinate with other team members to deliver projects on time
