Storage Support Engineer

Qualification:- Bachelor/Masters or any other Equivalent education.

Location:- Electronic City, Bangalore(2 Way free Cab facility will be provided)

Experience: Min 6 Months to 3 Years experience in Server/Storage Support Engineer

Salary:- Up to 5.5 LPA

Mode of Interview:- 2 Rounds(Virtual)

• Skills Required:- Excellent Communication Skills(Must)

Experience in service and support on Industry Standard Servers (HPE, Dell, IBM) with Non-MS OS, storage and networking experience

1). Basic knowledge on protocols (SNMP, WBEM, RIBCL, WSMAN etc.)

2). Server/Storage/Networking concepts

3). Knowledge on Proliant and Blade/Apollo Servers, Synergy, BCS products

4). Basic functional knowledge on Windows, HPUX, UNIX, Linux, VMware

5). Flexible to work in Shifts

6). Knowledge on Remote Support tools/applications like One View remote support, InfoSight, iLO Amplifier pack would be added advantage
