We are seeking a Junior Sales Manager to join our team in Jaipur. This is a full-time position requiring 1 to 3 years of work experience in the field. The successful candidate will play a vital role in enhancing sales strategies and maintaining client relationships for Aarvi Trade Solution LLP.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems to efficiently manage customer relationships and sales data (Mandatory skill).
- Ability to conduct accurate sales forecasting to guide business decisions and strategy (Mandatory skill).
- Strong experience in B2B sales, understanding client needs and complex purchasing processes (Mandatory skill).
- Solid negotiation strategies, enabling a win-win situation for both clients and the company.
- Team leadership skills to inspire, guide, and develop the sales team for achieving targets.
- Effective data-driven decision-making capabilities to analyze market trends and sales data.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools to enhance promotional strategies and customer outreach.
- Account management skills to build and sustain long-term relations with key clients.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the company's market presence.
- Identify new business opportunities and foster relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales objectives with marketing strategies.
- Lead a team of sales professionals, setting goals and providing training and feedback for improvement.
- Manage client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns they may have.
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, providing insights and actionable recommendations.
- Ensure effective utilization of the CRM system to track sales progress and client interactions.
