Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Sales Manager to join our team in Jaipur. This is a full-time position requiring 1 to 3 years of work experience in the field. The successful candidate will play a vital role in enhancing sales strategies and maintaining client relationships for Aarvi Trade Solution LLP.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in CRM systems to efficiently manage customer relationships and sales data (Mandatory skill).
  • Ability to conduct accurate sales forecasting to guide business decisions and strategy (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong experience in B2B sales, understanding client needs and complex purchasing processes (Mandatory skill).
  • Solid negotiation strategies, enabling a win-win situation for both clients and the company.
  • Team leadership skills to inspire, guide, and develop the sales team for achieving targets.
  • Effective data-driven decision-making capabilities to analyze market trends and sales data.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools to enhance promotional strategies and customer outreach.
  • Account management skills to build and sustain long-term relations with key clients.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the company's market presence.
  • Identify new business opportunities and foster relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales objectives with marketing strategies.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals, setting goals and providing training and feedback for improvement.
  • Manage client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns they may have.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, providing insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Ensure effective utilization of the CRM system to track sales progress and client interactions.
