The Junior Accountant will support our financial operations by maintaining precise and accurate financial records.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in Financial Reporting (Mandatory skill)
• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation (Mandatory skill)
• Strong understanding of Basic Accounting Principles (Mandatory skill)
• Experience in Bookkeeping tasks including maintaining accurate financial records
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for financial data analysis and reporting
• Knowledge of Accounts Payable processes and managing payments
• Experience in Accounts Receivable tasks including invoice generation and tracking
• Ability to conduct Financial Analysis to support decision-making and strategy

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations
• Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial data and rectify discrepancies
• Assist in budgeting processes and support the preparation of budget reports
• Manage bookkeeping tasks including journals, ledgers, and financial records
• Oversee accounts payable and ensure timely payment of invoices
• Handle accounts receivable processes including invoicing and collections
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and support strategic planning
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive financial management
