Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management (Mandatory skill)
• Minimum of 4 years to a maximum of 6 years of relevant HR experience
• Proficiency in training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance
• Solid understanding of HR policies and practices
• Strong conflict resolution skills to handle employee grievances effectively
• Experience in onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires
• In-depth knowledge of HR compliance regulations and best practices

Roles and Responsibilities
