Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced GPS Sales Manager to drive the sales of GPS solutions to diverse industries, including logistics, transportation, construction, and fleet management. The GPS Sales Manager will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets, expanding customer base, and ensuring client satisfaction. This individual will manage the sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, and work closely with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to increase GPS sales and market share.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to improve operational efficiency through GPS technology.
  • Lead Generation and Qualification: Identify and qualify leads, conduct sales presentations, and demonstrate GPS products to potential clients.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of GPS products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Handle negotiations, prepare proposals, and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with marketing, product development, and support teams to align sales efforts and deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Reporting: Track and report on sales metrics, opportunities, and market feedback to management to improve products and strategies.
  • Market Expansion: Identify new markets and sales channels to expand the reach of GPS solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in GPS sales, telematics, or technology solutions.
  • Strong understanding of GPS technology, applications, and industry-specific solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs.
