Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced E-Commerce Manager to oversee and enhance our online sales channel. This individual will be responsible for managing all aspects of our e-commerce operations, from website optimization to marketing campaigns, with the goal of increasing sales, improving user experience, and building brand loyalty. The E-Commerce Manager will work closely with marketing, product, and technology teams to deliver an exceptional shopping experience and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • E-Commerce Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to drive online revenue and enhance brand presence.
  • Website Optimization: Manage and optimize the e-commerce website to improve conversion rates, user experience, and site performance.
  • Digital Marketing & SEO: Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, paid advertising, email marketing, and social media campaigns to attract and retain customers.
  • Sales Analysis & Reporting: Analyze website traffic, sales performance, and customer behavior, and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Inventory & Product Management: Ensure accurate and appealing product listings, including descriptions, images, and pricing, and manage inventory to maintain availability.
  • Customer Experience Enhancement: Collaborate with the design and UX teams to ensure a seamless user experience, conducting A/B tests and usability improvements.
  • Promotions & Campaigns: Plan and execute promotional campaigns, seasonal sales, and discount strategies to drive traffic and increase sales.
  • Vendor & Platform Management: Manage relationships with e-commerce platform providers, payment gateways, and third-party vendors.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the e-commerce budget and manage expenditures to ensure profitable growth and a high return on investment.
  • Stay Updated on Trends: Keep current with e-commerce industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 4+ years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably within [industry].
  • Proven track record in managing successful e-commerce platforms, such as WooCommerce, or similar.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, IT, product, and customer service teams.
