Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled D2C Manager to join our team at Aarvi Trade Solution LLP. As a D2C Manager, you will be responsible for managing the direct-to-consumer sales and marketing strategies. This role requires experience in D2C, social media marketing, and project management. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and organizational skills. This is a full-time position based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• 4-6 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on D2C and e-commerce
• Strong knowledge of social media marketing strategies and platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Proven experience in project management and meeting deadlines
• Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions
• Proficiency in MS Office and e-commerce platforms

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement direct-to-consumer sales strategies to drive revenue growth
• Create and execute marketing campaigns to promote products and increase brand awareness
• Manage all aspects of the e-commerce platform, including product listings, pricing, and customer support
• Monitor and analyze online sales performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize conversion rates
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing and sales efforts
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in D2C and e-commerce
• Provide timely and accurate reports on sales and marketing activities to senior management
