Job Overview

We are hiring an Account Executive to join our team at Aarvi Trade Solution LLP. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's financial records, handling tax compliance, and providing support in various accounting functions. This is a full-time position based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, and we are looking for someone with 1 to 3 years of experience in accounting.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.COM) or higher
• 1 to 3 years of experience in accounting or a similar role
• Proficiency in Tally ERP and Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of GST and TDS regulations
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
• Knowledge of M.COM or additional accounting certifications is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Handle tax compliance and ensure timely filing of GST and TDS returns
• Prepare and process invoices, bills, and vouchers
• Prepare financial statements and reports
• Assist in budget planning and variance analysis
• Monitor and reconcile bank statements
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
• Provide support to the finance team in various accounting tasks
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Update and maintain accounting databases and records
