  5. Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders and build effective working relationships.
  6. Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
  7. Proficiency in using training software, learning management systems (LMS), and other training-related tools.
  8. Experience in assessing training needs and evaluating training program effectiveness.
