The ideal candidate will have experience in talent acquisition and be adept at using various recruitment tools to source and assess candidates.

  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems to manage and streamline the recruitment process efficiently.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing and connecting with potential candidates in the tech industry.
  • Capability to utilize Interview Scheduling Tools for organizing interviews and managing calendars seamlessly.
  • Expertise in Diversity Hiring Strategies to promote inclusivity and reach a broad spectrum of candidates.
  • Skill in Offer Negotiation to ensure mutually beneficial employment terms with selected candidates.
  • Boolean Search Techniques (Mandatory skill) for refining candidate search processes and improving hiring outcome.
  • Candidate Sourcing (Mandatory skill) to identify and engage top talents using advanced recruitment methodologies.
  • Talent Acquisition Analytics (Mandatory skill) for data-driven recruitment decisions and strategic planning.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to source and attract qualified candidates for various technical positions.
  • Utilize Boolean search techniques and other advanced sourcing methods to find top-tier tech talent.
  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle from initial candidate contact to salary negotiation and offer acceptance.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and hiring expectations effectively.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate and timely candidate status information.
  • Conduct initial phone screens, refine candidate pools, and coordinate in-depth technical interviews.
  • Promote and implement diversity hiring strategies to enhance inclusivity within the organization.
  • Prepare and present regular talent acquisition reports and analytics to hiring managers for strategy development.
