Job Title: Division: Direct Reporting to: Executive ORM Team Lead -ORM I. YOUR ROLE II. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Develop an in-depth understanding of brands assigned, in order to ideate, manage and deliver optimum output in conjunction with all internal and external teams. Seamlessly communication with all stakeholders and a knack for creative writing is key to the role. – Monitoring the social handles & platforms across web – Monitoring done through a tool + manually – Posting responses to posts around the brand accurately and in a timely manner – Ensuring the TAT expected by the client is maintained – Making the brand experience better for a user who seems dissatisfied – Clearing doubts an individual has about what the brand offers – Acknowledging compliments & showcasing the same on brand social media pages – Response management to be done smartly through a social media listening tool – Sharing the brand comments real-time with the brand managers (of the respective brand) – Categorization of the data & deriving meaningful analysis. Sharing the same with the brand – Generating reports through the tool. The reports made in the PPT format which will be made after analysing the conversations which came in for the brand. III. ABOUT YOU Professional / Academic Requirements – 1-2 years of relevant work experience – A Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Advertising, Communication or another relevant field Technical Requirements – Good knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube) – Basic understanding of social media analytics that will go into reports – Proficient with the MS Office Software (Word, Power Point, Excel) – Excellent communication and presentation skills IV.
