Job Description: Customer Retention Specialist

Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Handle end-to-end requirements of high-profile customers
  • Be comfortable interacting with customers in a friendly, accessible, and open manner
  • Balance customer needs with feasibility of internal operations
  • Report to the management about customer feedback, analyse important data such as re-order%, payment timelines and overall satisfaction with our product


Skills:


  • Good communication in English
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • MS Excel or Google Sheets
  • Interpretation of reports generated from Data Analytics team 


Requirements:


  • Age: under 35 YO
  • Work Location: Koramangala (Corporate Office)
  • Experience in F&B is a bonus
