We are hiring a Unit Manager for our Kollam location in Kerala, India. As a Unit Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of our unit in Kollam. This is a full-time position with an employment type of Junior and requires 1-3 years of experience.

• Client-focused mindset with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Proficient in using MS Office tools and other relevant software.
• Bachelor's degree in HR management or a related field.
• Experience in insurance field required
• Age criteria (23-32)
• CIBIL Score should be above 650

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the unit in Kollam.
• Manage and lead a team of employees, providing direction, guidance, and support.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve unit targets and objectives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Monitor and analyze unit performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with other units and departments to ensure effective coordination and communication.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
• Proactively identify business opportunities and contribute to business growth.
• Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Prepare and present reports on unit performance, achievements, and challenges.
