Job Title: Unit Manager - Insurance
We are currently seeking an accomplished and results-driven professional to join our team as a Unit Manager in the insurance field with a strong emphasis on sales. The Unit Manager will be responsible for leading a dedicated team, driving sales initiatives, and ensuring the overall success of the unit. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance sales and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
