Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients introducing our HR services and solutions
• Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries and comments
• Inform customers about new products or enhancements to existing services
• Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects
• Persuade clients to buy services by demonstrating how it meets their needs
• Resolve customer queries and escalate issues to the relevant department when necessary
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume and sales
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective tele-calling campaigns
