Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead to join our company, Factor Human Resources Pvt. Ltd. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of professionals in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate will have a Mid-Level experience of 4 to 6 years in the Human Resources Services industry.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Proven experience as a Team Lead or in a similar leadership role
- Experience in bank insurance is required
- Strong knowledge of the Human Resources Services industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Leadership qualities with a focus on team building and motivation
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software
- Age criteria (24-34)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance and support
- Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure effective communication and coordination
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve team goals and objectives
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching
