Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Sales Officer (Medical-Surgical) to join our team As a Sales Officer, you will be responsible for driving sales of medical-surgical products and services in the Kottayam, Kerala region. This is a full-time position with a focus on building strong client relationships and meeting sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong customer-service orientation, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications and Skills

• Fresher: Less than 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the medical or healthcare industry
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office
• Fluency in the local language (LANGAUGE) is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for medical-surgical products and services
• Maintain and expand client database in the assigned territory
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities
• Deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions to healthcare professionals
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
• Achieve sales targets and objectives by effectively implementing sales strategies
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities
• Collaborate with the sales team and cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to track performance and identify areas for improvement
