We are looking for a Sales Manager - Insurance Industry. This role is based in all over South India, India and is a full-time position. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the sales growth of our insurance products in the South India region. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of mid-level experience in the insurance industry and possess the necessary skills in agency sales, motor insurance, and team building.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the insurance industry
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurance providers
• Lead and motivate a team of sales executives to drive sales performance
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends in the insurance industry
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify areas for growth
• Provide training and guidance to sales team members on insurance products and sales techniques
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
