Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned area.

Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and distributors.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.

Market Research:Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Provide feedback to the management team regarding market dynamics and product performance.

Customer Relationship Management:Establish and maintain excellent relationships with existing and potential customers.

Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Product Knowledge:Develop a deep understanding of our Surgical Disposables product line.

Conduct product presentations and training sessions for customers.

Reporting:Prepare regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor activities.

Provide accurate and timely information to the management team.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Previous experience in sales or a related field is a plus.

Skills:Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving targets.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Other Requirements:Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
