We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Engineer to join our team at Factor Human Resources Pvt. Ltd. in Perumbavoor, Kerala, India. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience in sales engineering. This is a full-time role, offering a competitive salary and benefits package.

Job Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Understand client requirements and provide them with appropriate product and service solutions.
• Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings in the industry.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements.
• Identify new business opportunities and target markets.
• Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive selling and relationship building.
• Prepare and present product proposals to clients.
• Negotiate and finalize sales contracts.
• Utilize your engineering background (B.Tech in Mech/Civil) to provide technical guidance to clients.
• Address client inquiries related to product specifications, installation, and maintenance.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer feedback.
• Provide feedback to the management team for continuous product and service improvement.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports.
• Report sales activities and progress regularly to the management.

Qualifications:

• B.Tech in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the [industry] industry.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Technical knowledge and the ability to explain complex concepts to clients.
• Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
